Baulkham Hills Sport Club Membership
All members (18 years and over) must have current Baulkham Hills Sports Club membership. Membership is free! Please organise this prior to registering and place your membership number within the registration form. Failure to do so may result in inability to take the court in Round 1. Discounts
Family discounts of $15 are available for the third and subsequent family members. Please contact treasurer@bhnc.com.au to obtain your voucher for the discount.
New Players
Only if you are a new player to Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association you will need to supply proof of age ie. birth certificate, drivers licence, passport) to complete your registration. This needs to be emailed to juniorregistrar@bhnc.com.au or seniorregistrar@bhnc.com.au
Club Grading Day - Sunday 22 February 2026
The Club Grading Day will be on 22 February at Blacktown Leisure Centre - Stanhope Gardens.
Should grading be required for your age group your times will be advised once registrations close.
Please note ALL Intermediate and Senior A grade players will be required to grade in 2025.
Team Nominations (Intermediate & Opens)
Team nominations will be accepted for all Senior and Intermediate teams who wish to play A3 grade and below (this includes Inter As).
We will only be grading players wishing to participate in A1 or A2 in 2026. Attendance at
grading will be required and these teams will be selected by the BHSC Grading
committee.
If you are registering as a team, please email seniorregistrar@bhnc.com.au to receive information to complete a team nomination. Also, teams that have previously entered as a team nomination may now not be eligible.

All teams need to provide a coach, manager and umpire. A team representative must also attend the club monthly meetings.

All Coaches and team managers must be registered members of BHNC and must have a current Working with Children’s Check. There is no cost for coaches managers to register as a non-player.

All players must be registered by close of registrations (9 February) for the team to be accepted.
Metro League Players
If playing for BHSNA please do not register until notified by BHSNA.
If playing Metro League for another Association, please register as outlined above.

Venues
NetSetGo 7-9 years, Junior, Intermediates and Open games are at the Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association (BHSNA), Kellyville Netball Complex, Wellgate Avenue, Kellyville.
NetSetGo games are on Friday nights and all other games on Saturdays.
The Net Set Go 5-6 years 10-week skills program is held in Term 2 at Ted Horwood Reserve, Renown Avenue Baulkham Hills. Registration will open in January.
Timeslots for the 2026 Season
The timeslots for each age/grade will be confirmed and released by BHSNA mid-April. Your coach and manager will contact you directly to advise timeslots allocated for the season.
Club Training
Training is held at Ted Horwood Reserve, Baulkham Hills (opposite Baulkham Hills Sports Club) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon/evenings. Coaches will advise the training day/time and duration in due course.
Uniform Items
This year there is an option to purchase the Baulkham Hill Sports Club playing uniforms as an add-on to your player registration in Play HQ.
The Baulkham Hills Sports Club Store will also be available to purchase items after you have completed the
registration process.
